Transition Analysis Tool

To improve economic development planning and investment, OSCAR's scenario-based transition modeling tool will incorporate WITNESS, originally developed by Airbus and later enhanced by Capgemini. It is one of the world’s most powerful Integrated Assessment Models (IAMs), and unlike other IAMs, it goes beyond the macroeconomy to model the microeconomics of industries.
